Bavaria in Bucks

Chef sitting next to table of prepared food

Can you imagine anything more stick-to-your-ribs delicious than piping hot plates of classic German cuisine on a cold winter's evening? Imagine no more. A taste of Bavaria is coming to our Bucks County hotel. "Bavaria in Bucks" brings master chef Wolfgang Vomend (whose stellar cuisine has made The Bavarian Inn & Lodge in West Virginia a AAA Four Diamond winner) to the Cock 'n Bull in Peddler's Village for a four-day guest chef appearance featuring his German Old World cuisine. The culinary feast kicks off with a Wild Game Dinner on January 15 at 6 pm with a four-course menu featuring German wine and beer pairings served alongside such classics as Seared Pheasant, Wild Boar Goulash and Black Forest Chocolate Cake. On January 16 and 17, drop by the Cock 'n Bull for Old World cuisine and traditional beers -- we're already savoring Chef Wolfgang's Pfalz Zwillelsup, Weiner Schnitzel and Bavarian Sauerbraten. On Sunday, January 18, the superstar chef will wrap it all up with a German Sunday Brunch before heading back to his award-winning restaurant.
